Neon Jackalope Bar
Deep in Texas lore, the jackalope is said to wander the cedar breaks and riverbanks of the Hill Country—especially along the Guadalupe. Old-timers claimed the horned rabbit only appears at dusk, slipping through the mesquite and limestone bluffs where the river bends and the music drifts from dance halls. Some say the jackalope is drawn to good company, tall tales, and a strong drink. Inspired by that spirit, our cocktails celebrate the folklore of the Guadalupe—where myth, music, and a little mischief flow together like the river itself.
